Life
STEP 1 - Drink
Plenty of Clean Water.
Drink plenty of clean water. 75%
of Americans are chronically dehydrated. Even mild dehydration
slows
your metabolism. Did you know drinking plenty of water can
significantly ease back and joint pain? I recommend drinking
distilled water. Distilled water is the cleanest
water around. You can buy
a water distiller for about $130-$140.

STEP 2 -Stop
smoking cigarettes
Lung cancer is
the #1 cause of death in america. It’s simply the volume
of smoke that kills the person.
STEP 3 - Stop
Taking NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs)
Tylenol, Advil,
etc. All these drugs wear away intestinal lining, and over
time, cause the absorption of Macro-Molecules, eventually leading
to Cancer of the Intestines or Colon. (3rd leading cause of
death)
STEP 4 - Do
Not Use Anti-Perspirants (roll-on or aerosol)
Use deodorant. There is a difference.
Anti-perspirants contain Aluminum which blocks the pores
in your arm-pit, and cause infection over time which slowly
works into the lymph nodes and breast tissue. Then add the
cumulative effect over many years, and the end result is
Breast Cancer (4th leading killer).
STEP 5 - Do
Not Eat Nutra-Sweet (a.k.a. Aspartame)
Do your research on this one. Google it. But trust me, it's
bad stuff. Far too many symptoms, including headaches, nausea,
and irritability. It will slowly kill your body. Chew gum
with sugar. Try to avoid sugarless foods.
P.S. how much
gum do you think the average high school student gnaws on in
a day?
They usually opt for sugarless gum, thinking its better for
their teeth.
Every piece of sugarless gum is a small dosage of Aspratame,
and it adds up day after day.
STEP 6 - Eat
a wholesome diet (food from nature)
Imagine you
live on a farm. What food would be available for you to eat?
Try to drink Freshly Squeezed Juices like orange or grapefruit
juice. The natural and powerful enzymes die off 5 hours after
juicing an orange or grapefruit, so best to drink freshly squeezed.
STEP 7 - Exercise
regularly
Even
if only for 20 - 30 min. I highly recommend swimming. I
found swimming after a knee injury about 4 years ago. Swimming
gives you a resistance work-out, in a very controlled environment.
In the water, your body is virtually weightless. This means
the typical stresses put on your back muscles and spine by
the forces of gravity are now being counteracted. Your
Target Heart Rate while exercising in the water is lowered. Also,
while swimming, you may not realize it, but you will be doing
controlled breathing (a proven relaxation technique.)
STEP 8 - Learn
and understand about your body
Physically, mentally and spiritually. I suggest reading
the following book:

Mind-body connection
Achieve happiness and celebrate life through Family,
Friends, and Faith.
Keep your mind happy - The Mind-Body Connection.
And
finally, the step that will bring you to seek me out as your

STEP 10 - Have
your body worked on by a professional.
At least once a month, see a chiropractor, get a massage, physical
therapy, or anything where you are being touched by someone.
It is just like a System Reset for your computer. Some fine
tuning and rebalancing of your body.
